Who I Am
I’m a down-to-earth, relational therapist who brings compassion, clarity, and honesty to my work. My approach is warm, relaxed, and non-judgmental, honestly just pretty chill overall. I’m not the type to sit back silently, but I also won’t push you before you’re ready. My style is real and also collaborative: I meet people where they are, help slow things down, and gently challenge patterns when it’s needed.
I believe you don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy, that’s exactly what this space is for. My goal is to create an environment where you can show up as yourself, without pressure or pretense. I want to help you feel truly seen just as you are, and I believe support doesn’t require being “fixed.”
My work is shaped not just by professional training but also by lived experience, both in and outside the therapy chair. That perspective helps me stay grounded, human, and connected to the process of helping clients find clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.

Who I Work With
I work with people in the messy middle—times of transition, uncertainty, or disconnection. I support teens figuring out who they are, adults feeling stuck or burnt out, partners of first responders, and civilian members of emergency services who carry invisible emotional weight. I also work with people navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, or the quiet exhaustion of “keeping it all together.”
I’m trained in EMDR and draw from person-centered therapy, IFS, ACT, and EFT. I believe the best work happens collaboratively—therapy isn’t about having all the answers, but about exploring what’s happening beneath the surface together.
I offer in-person sessions in Edmonton and virtual sessions across Alberta. I invite prospective clients to book a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we might be a good fit.
