Jessica believes that clients are the experts in their own lives and that meaningful change is possible when we are witnessed, heard, and supported. Jessica works with individuals navigating complex family dynamics, developmental trauma, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions, particularly in their 20s and 30s. She supports clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or isolated, helping them make sense of their experiences and explore what matters most to them. Her trauma-informed, client-centered approach is non-judgmental, values-based, and inclusive of all backgrounds. Jessica offers practical strategies and collaborative support to help clients uncover resilience, develop internal resources, and move forward in meaningful ways. She provides in-person sessions in Edmonton and virtual sessions across Alberta and invites prospective clients to book a free 15-minute consultation to see if she is a good fit.
