FAQs

  • Therapy is a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a trained professional. It’s a collaborative process that helps you gain insight, develop coping skills, and work toward personal growth or healing.

  • You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. People seek therapy for many reasons: stress, anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationship concerns, or simply wanting a safe space to talk things through. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or curious about yourself, therapy may be a helpful step.

  • The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and needs. Some clients find a few sessions helpful, while others prefer ongoing support. Together, we’ll create a plan that works best for you and revisit it as needed.

  • Sessions typically last 50 minutes. You’ll be invited to share what’s on your mind, and your therapist will listen, ask questions, and offer tools or insights. Some sessions may feel conversational, while others may involve learning strategies or exploring deeper patterns. The pace and focus are always tailored to you.
