How It Works

  1. Pick your service
    • Free 15‑min Consultation (phone/virtual)
    • Individual Therapy – 50 min (virtual/in‑person)
    • Extended Session – 80 min (virtual/in‑person)

  2. Choose a time that works for your schedule.

  3. Complete intake forms (sent automatically after booking).

  4. Meet your therapist and begin at your own pace.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Life happens—we get it. To respect everyone’s time:

  • 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations/no‑shows are billed at the full session rate.

  • You can manage appointments anytime through your Client Portal.

If you’re unwell or experiencing an emergency, please email us as soon as possible.
