Jessica Grewal

Founder and Registered Provisional Psychologist

With a background in social services work and experience supporting youth and vulnerable populations, jessica brings a warm, curious, and trauma-informed approach to her work.

Jessica is passionate about supporting people navigating childhood and developmental trauma, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, parenthood, and developmental disabilities. She also loves working with the helpers—youth workers, social workers, nurses, and other professionals experiencing burnout or compassion fatigue.

She believes therapy should feel collaborative, human, and genuinely understanding—and that meaningful change starts with feeling seen.

What Sets Us Apart

Experience Beyond the Therapy Room

Between us, we’ve spent years working with high-risk youth, families, and people navigating complex circumstances. We’ve worked across different areas of the helping system, giving us a practical understanding of the challenges people and the professionals supporting them can face.

A Lens for the People Carrying a Lot

We have a particular understanding of the people who spend their days caring for others - parents, caregivers, helping professionals, and families supporting someone with developmental or intellectual disabilities. We understand how much can fall on one person, and how important it is to have support of your own.

Clinical Insight Beyond Therapy

Our experience also shapes the way we work with organizations and teams. Through consulting, education, and workshops, we bring a clinical and developmental lens to the people and communities they support—helping teams better understand complex needs and feel more equipped in their work.
